We got together to host one of our frequent staff training days, working through each members personal development plan. The Central Team are always striving to make our best better, providing continual support & development for staff. All staff members hold the relevant qualifications for their role within the company.
Our sports staff are a minimum level 3 PE and school sport qualified, with the majority holding a degree in sports coaching and PE. Our childcare management and deputy staff are all level 3 childcare qualified as a minimum. All staff hold current, enhanced DBS checks and a Safeguarding & Protecting Children Certificate. The majority of staff are qualified in paediatric first aid to ensure each session exceeds these requirements.
